Fluffy and moist with the perfect amount of cheese. It’s hard to look at these without getting hungry...even harder when they’re warmed up and you take in the lovely aroma. They seem to go well with everything, and are a natural for breakfast sandwiches. A visitor to our mill from down South — where biscuits are taken very seriously — confessed to us that they’re better than her Aunt Melba’s! We bet Aunt Melba’s are great, too.
