Our Vermont honey is a combination of wild flowers and apple blossoms (depending on what time of year). Because excessive heating of honey can destroy all the healthy enzymes honey provides, ours is heated just enough to pack. It will crystallize easily (a good sign!), simply warm the jar slowly in warm water to return to a liquid form. 1 lb jar.
